•  Project Coordination: We manage and coordinate other specialist consultants required for a project, such as architects, engineers, arborists, traffic engineers, and heritage consultants.

2. Planning Advice and Feasibility:

• Pre-purchase Advice: Advising clients on the development potential of a property before they purchase it, including identifying any zoning restrictions, planning policies, and potential challenges.
• Due Diligence: Conducting thorough assessments to understand the regulatory requirements and potential risks associated with a proposed development.
• Highest and Best Use Analysis: Helping clients determine the most optimal and financially viable use for a piece of land, considering planning regulations and market conditions.

3.Strategic Planning:

• Rezoning Applications (Planning Proposals): Assisting clients in changing the zoning of a particular land parcel to allow for different uses or increased density. This often involves preparing detailed planning proposals and navigating state and local government approval processes.
• Masterplanning: Developing comprehensive long-term plans for large-scale developments, precincts, or even entire towns, considering factors like infrastructure, housing, public spaces, and environmental sustainability.
